Tuesday & Thursday first class (5:30 till 6:00) Aikido basics
Focusing on the basics of aikido such as Taisabaki steps, rolls, 5th kyu to 2nd kyu techniques
Tuesday & Thursday second class (6:00 till 7:15)
Applied Aikido techniques (Oh-yoh-waza)
Focusing on ma-ai, flow, projection, leverage, stability, effectiveness, speed and counter moves
Saturday first class (10:00 till 11:15)
Weapons class with emphasis on Tanto-dori, Tachi-tori and Joh-tori techniques
